Standard Return Policy

This return policy applies to purchases made on the following AutoAxory websites:

  • autoaxory.com (United States / International)

There are a few important points to keep in mind when returning a product purchased online from AutoAxory:

  • You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Please ensure that you return all connecting equipment, assembly instructions, and accessories in the same condition as they were delivered to you.

Are returns accepted?
Yes. We accept returns for both defective (damaged/incorrect) and non-defective (change of mind) products.

Do you offer product exchanges?
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to get a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Note: Please do not send your returns without contacting us first, as we need to track your return package.

Under what conditions can products be returned?
Products must be in new or slightly used condition. This means the box may have been opened, but the product must not show signs of heavy use, wear, or damage.

Are there any restocking fees?
No. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Are there any return shipping costs for defective items?
No. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, the customer organizes the return shipping, and AutoAxory will fully reimburse the shipping cost once the return is confirmed, along with a full refund of the product.

Are there any return shipping costs for non-defective items?
Yes. For non-defective items (change of mind, incorrect order by customer), the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping costs.

Order Cancellations:
If you need to cancel an order, please request it within 4 hours of placing the order. If the order has already been handed over to the carrier, it cannot be canceled for free, and return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Step 2: Receive Instructions
Our customer representative will send you an email containing detailed shipping instructions and a return reference number.

Step 3: Quality Check
Once your returned item is received at our local warehouse (UK or US), we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.

Step 4: Refund Processed
Once approved, your refund will be processed immediately. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
