2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 0 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
In the event of high order volumes, a slight delay may occur. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of Your Order, we will contact you via e-mail or telephone. If you do not accept the new delivery timeframe, a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) and a tracking URL once your order has shipped.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (VAT)
- UK: Prices include VAT where applicable. If a courier charges you additional fees by mistake, please notify us via email so we can request a refund.
Important:
- If a product is returned because the customer failed to collect it or refused delivery, the return shipping and customs fees will be deducted from the refund.
- If a product is destroyed by customs due to lack of action or non-payment of duties by the customer, no refund will be issued.
7. Damaged Goods
If you receive a damaged product, please contact the carrier immediately to file a claim and inform us. AUTOAXORY LTD may request photos of the packaging and the damaged item to assist in resolving the issue or to send a replacement product if necessary.
